This guide covers how to connect your StreamElements account to Fourthwall, set up your new shop, and configure StreamElements-specific integrations. ## Connecting StreamElements to Fourthwall 1. In your StreamElements dashboard, go to **Revenue** > **Merch**. 2. Click **Connect with Fourthwall** at the bottom of the screen. 3. If you are new to Fourthwall, complete the account creation flow — choose Google, YouTube, Twitch, or email sign-up. If you already have a Fourthwall account, log in when prompted. 4. After creating or signing in to your account, you are asked to authorize the connection to StreamElements. Click **Authorize**. This links your Fourthwall shop to StreamElements automatically, enabling integrations like Twitch Gifting and the Merch Rotator without additional setup. 5. You are redirected to your Fourthwall dashboard. ## Setting up your shop after connecting ### Create products Go to **Products** > **All Products** and click **Create New Product**. Choose from hundreds of items in the Fourthwall catalog, apply your designs, and publish. If you want to reuse designs from your StreamElements shop, download them first from the Assets Gallery. See [StreamElements Migration: Downloading art assets](/getting-started/setting-up-your-shop/go-further/streamelements-download-art-assets). ### Customize your site Go to **Site Design** to set your theme, logo, colors, and fonts. Customize the layout of your homepage and other pages. Your Fourthwall shop has a fully branded storefront you can design from scratch. For guidance, see [Understanding Fourthwall's Site Design Options](/getting-started/design-my-storefront/site-design-options). ## Configuring StreamElements integrations ### Twitch Gifting Twitch Gifting lets supporters gift merch or memberships to others in your chat during a live stream. It is enabled and connected to StreamElements by default after you authorize the integration. Review your gifting settings in your Fourthwall dashboard and confirm your StreamElements notifications are configured. Set it up by adding the Merch Rotator widget in your StreamElements overlay editor. ### Subscriber Discounts Reward Twitch subscribers with discounts on products or memberships. Configure subscriber discount rules in your Fourthwall dashboard under **Apps** > **Twitch Discounts**. Explore the full list in your dashboard under **Apps**, including YouTube Merch Shelf, Klaviyo, Discord, and more. ## Frequently asked questions **When will StreamElements stop supporting my current shop?** StreamElements ended support for SE Shops on July 17, 2024. If you have not yet migrated, connect to Fourthwall as soon as possible. **Will my existing products and designs migrate automatically?** No. Products are NOT migrated automatically. You can recreate them manually in Fourthwall or contact Fourthwall support at [support@fourthwall.com](mailto:support@fourthwall.com) to have the product listing team assist with migration. **Is Fourthwall required when using StreamElements?** No. You can use other e-commerce platforms with StreamElements. However, the Fourthwall integration provides the tightest feature set, including Twitch Gifting, Merch Rotator, subscriber discounts, and merch alerts. **Can I use Twitch Gifting without StreamElements?** Yes. Twitch Gifting on Fourthwall works with both StreamElements and Streamlabs. **I already have a Fourthwall site — what do I need to do?** Connect the StreamElements app to your existing shop via **Apps** > **StreamElements** in your Fourthwall dashboard. No new account creation needed. **My StreamElements shop has disappeared — how do I access my old products?** When your Fourthwall shop connects to StreamElements, your SE shop is archived and links redirect to your Fourthwall shop. To temporarily access your SE shop listings: 1. Go to the Merch tab in StreamElements and click **Disconnect**. 2. Refresh the page and click **Skip for now**. 3. Your SE shop and product links become accessible again. 4. When finished, reconnect Fourthwall to re-archive the SE shop and restore the integration.
