# TikTok Feed

Connecting your TikTok account displays your latest TikTok videos directly on your Fourthwall shop homepage, giving customers a preview of your content and an easy way to find and follow you on TikTok.

TikTok Feed is different from TikTok Shop. TikTok Feed (this article) displays your TikTok videos on your Fourthwall shop homepage so visitors can see your content. TikTok Shop lets you sell your products directly on TikTok. These are two separate integrations, and you can use one, both, or neither.

## Connect your TikTok account

Go to [**Apps** > **TikTok**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/apps/tiktok?redirect) in your Fourthwall dashboard. Click **Connect**. A window opens asking you to log in to TikTok and grant Fourthwall permission to access your videos. Follow the prompts to authorize access.

Once connected, the TikTok app page shows your account as **Connected**. Your TikTok videos are ready to display on your homepage at this point, but connecting your account does NOT automatically add the feed to your homepage. You still need to add the feed section through Site Designer.

## Add the TikTok feed section to your homepage

Go to [**Site Designer** > **Layout**](https://my-shop.fourthwall.com/admin/dashboard/store-design/layout/index?redirect) in your Fourthwall dashboard and select **Home page**. Scroll down to find the **TikTok feed** section and click on it to open the section settings.

From the section settings, you can customize:

- The section title
- The number of videos displayed
- Other layout options for the feed

Both steps, connecting the TikTok account and adding the homepage section, are required for the feed to appear on the shop homepage.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a business TikTok account to connect the TikTok feed?

No. Any TikTok account can be connected to display your feed on your shop homepage. A business account is only required for TikTok Shop, which is a separate feature for selling products directly on TikTok.

### What's the difference between TikTok Feed and TikTok Shop?

TikTok Feed displays your TikTok videos on your Fourthwall shop homepage. TikTok Shop lets you sell products directly on TikTok. They're two separate integrations, and you can use one, both, or neither.

### My TikTok feed isn't showing on my homepage. What should I do?

Make sure you've completed both required steps: connecting your TikTok account under **Apps** > **TikTok**, and adding the TikTok feed section in **Site Designer** > **Layout** > **Home page**. Both steps are required for the feed to appear. If the feed still doesn't show after completing both steps, disconnect and reconnect your TikTok account.
