Control when and how you receive push notifications from the Fourthwall mobile app
[Mobile] Push notifications are short, timely messages sent by an app to a user's device, appearing even when the app isn't open, to provide updates, reminders, or promotional offers
Manage your push notifications
1. In the mobile app, tap More > Site settings.
2. Inside Site settings, tap Push notifications.
3. Choose from the following push notification options:
Toggle ON or OFF
Samples credit received
Payouts received
Monthly charge limit reached
New team member joined
Set notification frequency (Instantly, Every hour, Every 3 hours, Once a day at 9:00 am, or Never)
New orders, gifts, donations
Payment method charges
Blocked transactions
New supporter joined
Support sent message
Supporter unlocked message
You may also temporarily stop all push notifications by toggling the Pause all button ON and setting the time before notifications resume.
Tip: Adjust these settings at any time to match your preferred level of activity or quiet hours.
