Access your Fourthwall account on mobile

Log in to the Fourthwall mobile app and manage your creator tools on the go

The Fourthwall mobile app gives you full access to your shop from your phone. Install the app, sign in, and manage orders, memberships, thank yous, reports, and settings wherever you are.

Download the mobile app​

You can install the official Fourthwall mobile app here:

  • iOS: Search Fourthwall for Creators in the App Store
  • Android: Search "Fourthwall for Creators" in Google Play

Log in to your account​

Once installed:

  1. Open the app and click Sign in.
  2. Log in using your social account or enter your email and password.

If you need to reset your password, click "Forgot password?" below the Log in button, then follow the instructions in the email you receive. You can find the full guide here.

The app uses a bottom navigation bar with five tabs: Home, Memberships, Orders, Thank yous, and More. This navigation matches the web dashboard, so you get a consistent experience across both.

Home​

The Home tab shows your shop at a glance: profit and order trends (filterable by Today, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days), a prompt to thank your top supporters, and quick access to product creation with the Product Catalog.

Orders​

The Orders tab lists all incoming orders with product thumbnails, supporter names, dates, and statuses. Tap any order to see full details including fulfillment status, cost breakdown, and timeline. You can also view Donations and Twitch gifts from this tab.

Thank yous​

The Thank yous tab lets you record and send personalized thank you videos to supporters. Filter by Remaining, Skipped, or Sent to track your progress.

More​

The More tab gives you dashboard shortcuts for Products, Collections, Promotions, Site design, Analytics, Reports, Apps, and Settings. Reports are available directly in the app, so you can check your data without switching to the web dashboard.

Account menu​

Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen to open the account menu. From here you can:

  • Switch shops: If you manage multiple shops, tap a different shop to switch to it instantly.
  • Appearance: Toggle between light and dark mode.
  • Account settings: Open your account settings in the dashboard.
  • Help center: Access the Fourthwall Help Center.
  • Logout: Sign out of your account.

The Fourthwall for Creators app supports the following:

  • View and manage incoming orders, donations, and Twitch gifts
  • Record and send personalized thank you videos to supporters
  • Manage memberships
  • View analytics and reports directly in the app
  • Browse the Product Catalog and favorite products for future designs
  • Manage products, collections, and promotions
  • Access site design, apps, and shop settings
  • Switch between shops if you manage more than one
  • Manage push notifications for orders, payouts, and supporter activity
  • Adjust appearance settings (light/dark mode)
