• Service-based products (such as car rentals, SEO services, or consulting)
• Intellectual property infringement
• Harmful, violent, or hateful content
• Harassment or threats
• Sexually explicit material
• Abusing the platform or interfering with its operation

• You retain ownership of your content, but grant Fourthwall a license to use it in running the service.
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and our liability is limited.
• Disputes may be handled through arbitration and governed by California law.
