How to redeem the celebration code Fourthwall sends when you hit a revenue milestone

When you cross a revenue milestone, like joining the $1k Club or $10k Club, Fourthwall sends you a celebration code as a thank-you. The code unlocks a credit toward an item at the Fourthwall Shop, our merch store at shop.fourthwall.com.

What a milestone celebration code is​

Milestone celebration codes are gifts from Fourthwall to creators who hit revenue goals on the platform. For example, hitting $1k in revenue earns you a $100 credit toward an item at the Fourthwall Shop.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Issued by Fourthwall, not your shop. The code comes from us as a thank-you. It is not a promo code on your own shop.
  • Redeemable only at the Fourthwall Shop. The code works at shop.fourthwall.com, which is our merch store. It does not work at your own shop's checkout.
  • Has an expiry date. Check your celebration email for the deadline. Codes do not roll over.

How to redeem your code​

You have two ways to redeem:

Option 1: Use the link in your celebration email. Open the email from Fourthwall and click the embedded link. It takes you straight to the Fourthwall Shop with the code ready to apply at checkout.

Option 2: Visit the Fourthwall Shop directly. Go to shop.fourthwall.com, pick an item, and enter your code at checkout.

After checkout, the credit applies to your order total. If your item costs more than the credit, you can pay the balance with a card.

Why your code says "Code does not exist" at your own checkout​

If you enter the celebration code at your own shop's /checkout page, you will see "Code does not exist." This is expected. Celebration codes are tied to the Fourthwall Shop, not your storefront.

To redeem, go to shop.fourthwall.com and apply the code there.

Where do I find my milestone celebration code?​

Check the celebration email Fourthwall sent when you hit the milestone. The code and its expiry date are in that email, along with a direct link to the Fourthwall Shop.

Can I use my code at my own shop?​

No. Celebration codes redeem only at shop.fourthwall.com. Entering the code at your own shop's checkout returns "Code does not exist."

Does my code expire?​

Yes. Every celebration code has an expiry date listed in the celebration email. Redeem it before the deadline, since codes do not roll over.
