Product sourcing FAQs
Updated October 29, 2026
This article covers all things product sourcing
Am I limited to only apparel?
Absolutely not! There is a wide variety of products available in our online store catalog, from blankets to mugs and even backpacks. There are also dozens of products available that aren’t currently listed. Have another idea? Request it with the Custom Product Sourcing Request Form. For details, see What is a requestable product.
Can you source anything for me?
While we can source nearly any product, we’re stronger in certain categories than others. If something isn’t feasible through our network, we can often connect you with one of our partners who can help.
What if the product I want isn’t available in the catalog?
Submit the Custom Product Sourcing Request Form, one form per item. Our team reviews each request and follows up by email with similar items or custom sourcing options. If the product is in the catalog with a Request badge, request it from the catalog instead; see What is a requestable product.
What are your Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)?
Fourthwall works with manufacturers to keep MOQs as low as possible. Costs vary by category, and MOQs help maintain baseline production costs. To see which catalog products have a minimum order, go to Products > Create new product > Design a new product and filter by minimum order requirements. Each product tile shows its details. For the request steps, see Add bespoke or minimum-order products to your shop.
Does Fourthwall offer ethically sourced or vegan products?
Yes! We’ve sourced ethically made, vegan products before and can collaborate with you to meet your specific product needs.
Does Fourthwall offer products sourced in the USA?
Yes, depending on the product. Different products are sourced from different locations.
Can I sell my own products on my site?
Yes! You can fulfill them yourself, which is available on every plan, or work with us through Fulfilled by Fourthwall, which is available to eligible Fourthwall Pro accounts; fill out the contact sales form to check if you're eligible.
Here’s our guide on how to set your store up to fulfill your own products.
