Access, review, and manage every product in your Fourthwall shop
The All Products page provides a central view of your listings, allowing you to check inventory quickly, update details, reorder items, and manage product visibility efficiently.
Access your product listings
From your dashboard, go to Products > All products to view your full catalog.
You'll see a quick overview of each listing:
- Product name and main image
- Status (Public or Hidden)
- Units sold
- Quantity "In stock" (with variant counts if applicable)
Reorder your products
You can reorder items by:
- Dragging and dropping a product into a new position, or
- Clicking the three dots beside an item to move it.
Manage an individual product
Click a product name to open its management page. From here, you can adjust:
- Pricing
- Inventory
- Visibility (hidden or public)
- Product details and configurations
Note: Setting inventory levels only applies to self-fulfilled products and cannot be set for Fourthwall-sourced items (catalog products) since their stock is managed automatically by our vendors.

Archive a product
To remove a product from your storefront while keeping it in your records, choose Archive from the options menu.
Change product visibility
1. Select one or more products.
2. Use Change status to mark them as Public or Hidden.
3. Click Update to apply the change.
This is great for controlling when products are available to your customers.
Use filters and search
Find listings faster using:
- The search bar
- Filters for status, stock level, or archived products
Create a new product
To add something new, click Create New Product at the top right of the page. You’ll be guided through the full creation process. Click here for detailed instructions on creating new products!
