Fourthwall 3PL fulfillment service guide

How to send your custom products to Fourthwall’s warehouse and get them shipped seamlessly to your customers

Fourthwall partners with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to handle storage, packing, and shipping for custom or self‑sourced items and products held in inventory. It’s designed to simplify fulfillment so you can focus on creation and sales.

Fourthwall's warehouse pricing overview

First item in an order $2.85
Each additional item in the same order $1.35
Returns (per item) $2.25
Custom inserts (e.g., flyers, thank-you notes, etc.) $0.37
Fulfillment Fees

Great news! Two new changes to our fulfillment pricing are coming, effective September 29th. Here’s what’s changing:

Bagging + Barcoding: from $1.40 → $1.10 (a 21% drop)
Barcoding: from $1.26 → $1.00 per unit (a 21% drop)
Bagging: from $1.15 → $1.00 (a 13% drop)

That means lower costs for every unit you send our way.

We’ve also introduced a correction fee to cover extra prep when items arrive without the required bagging or barcodes and we weren’t notified beforehand. For example:

  • Mixed product sizes in the same box without clear labeling
  • Items expected to arrive pre-barcoded but arriving without barcodes

Tip: If you give us a heads-up in advance, you’ll only pay the new standard fees - no extra charges, no surprises.

How to send products to Fourthwall's warehouse

Step 1: Contact Support

Email support@fourthwall.com with the following details so we can coordinate with our warehouse partners to prepare for your shipment. In your email, please include:

Product Details

  • Product name/title (as it will appear in the product listing)
  • All product variants (sizes, colors, styles) and quantities
  • SKU and barcode number for each product
  • Is the product individually poly-bagged?
  • Does the product have a SKU / barcode sticker on it?

Shipping Information

  • Weight and dimensions for each SKU
  • HS (Harmonized System) Codes for each SKU
  • The country where the product was manufactured
  • LOT number and expiration date (Only required for products with expiration dates)
  • The number of boxes being sent to our 3PL

Special Product Considerations

  • Share with us any special consideration details, like if you need bundled or kitted products (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive ASN

Wait 1–2 business days to get your unique ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) to include on your shipping label. This ASN number is unique to you for that specific shipment and it typically looks like this:

Fourthwall
ATTN: ASN-###
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
United States

Step 3: Prepare listings

Create listings in your dashboard, but keep them hidden until support confirms your inventory is ingested. Live listings prematurely may lead to disappointed customers due to delayed delivery timelines.

Shipping preparation and delivery

Step 4: Pack correctly

  • Bag & label every unit, especially soft goods, as per best practices
  • Keep SKUs separate: no mixed‑SKU boxes (e.g., all sizes of one product in separate cartons)

Step 5: Ship with ASN

Attach the ASN to your shipping label, send tracking details, and carton count to support for warehouse coordination. The ASN number is required to avoid delays when receiving the products at the warehouse.

The intake takes a few days, depending on the prep quality. A support specialist will let you know when it's done.

Step 6: Go live!

After the inventory is officially ingested, support will tell you to make listings live, and you can begin promoting.

Summary

  1. Support - Supply product + shipment data
  2. Get ASN - Use it on the shipping label
  3. Prep & pack - follow best practices
  4. Ship - Send ASN & tracking to support (inventory will be scanned and stored)
  5. Go live - Launch and promote the product
