Product Visibility and Archiving

How to hide, archive, and manage your products, and how to retrieve archived ones

Fourthwall provides tools that allow you to control what customers see (live vs. hidden), remove products you no longer want displayed (archive), and bring them back later if needed. This guide walks through how to use those tools effectively.

View and manage all your product listings

  1. In your dashboard, go to Products > All Products.
  2. Here you’ll see for each product:
    • Product name and image
    • Status (Live/Public vs Hidden)
    • Number sold and stock status
    • More options (change position, duplicate, archive)

  3. Use filters to narrow down products by status, such as:
    • Status:
      • Public
      • Hidden
      • Archived
    • Stock:
      • Available
      • Sold out

The product will no longer appear to customers, but you’ll still see it in your dashboard.

How to archive a product

Archiving is useful for products you want to remove completely from the store display while keeping their records in your dashboard.

  • Select the product in All Products.
  • Click the three-dot icon next to the status button, and select Archive.
