What is Fourthwall Free?

Fourthwall Free includes all the core tools you need to launch and sell products. You can create physical and digital products, customize your storefront, and start selling with no upfront subscription cost.

Is Fourthwall Free really free?

Yes! There is no monthly subscription fee. Standard platform and transaction fees apply depending on what you sell.

What are the limits on the Free plan?

If you’re on Fourthwall Free (who signed up after the August 25, 2025, update):

  • You can have up to 50 products total (active or hidden)
  • You can have 2 team members total, including yourself

Both physical and digital products count toward the product limit.

What happens if I reach the product or team limit?

Nothing is removed. All existing products and team members remain as-is. However, you won’t be able to add more unless you archive products, remove team members, or upgrade your plan.

Creating combined product listings may help you manage your product limits better.

Note: If you signed up before August 25, 2025, the new limits also apply to you. You can still keep everything you’ve already published, even if it has already exceeded the limit. However, you won’t be able to add new products.

Does the product limit include hidden products?

Yes. All active and hidden products count toward the limit. Archived products do not.

Are there fees on the Free plan?

Yes. Digital products and memberships include standard platform fees. Payment processing fees still apply.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Fourthwall Pro at any time from your dashboard.

How do I know which plan I’m on?

Go to Settings > Plan and check the "Your plan" section.
