What supporters can use to pay at checkout

Fourthwall supports a broad mix of global and local payment options so your supporters can complete their purchase using the methods they already trust. Below is the full breakdown of accepted payment methods on your shop.

Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards

Supporters can pay with all major card networks:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Prepaid and gift cards with these same networks are also supported.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Depending on the device and browser, supporters may see:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Link (Stripe’s fast checkout option)

These methods surface automatically when supported by the buyer’s device, browser, or saved payment information.

PayPal

Supporters can choose PayPal at checkout and pay with:

  • PayPal balance
  • Any card linked to their PayPal account
note

Note: PayPal has higher payment processing rates at 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction (and an additional 1.5% for payments from outside the USA).

Alipay

Buyers in regions where Alipay is commonly used can select it during checkout. This is especially valuable for customers in China and APAC markets.

Local payment methods

Some payment methods appear only for buyers in specific countries. These localized options increase trust and improve conversion rates.
