This article defines requestable products and gives you a brief overview of the process
Not every product in Fourthwall's product catalog is available for instant design with the drag-and-drop product designer. Some products require manual preparation before they can be designed and sold. These appear as "requestable" in the product catalog, which means that they require communication with our product listing team.
Here's how requestable products work:
1. Upload your designs for the request
2. The manufacturer will position your artwork and generate product renders
3. The manufacturer will upload the requested product into your Fourthwall dashboard in a hidden state for you to review and approve
4. If there are any issues or challenges creating your requestable product, our listing team will reach out to you via email with suggestions or possibilities (keep an eye on your spam & junk folders!)
Note: You can only have one requestable product submission per month. If you need to request more products, submit the Custom Product Sourcing Request Form separately for each item.
5. Once you are happy with the final version, you can mark the product as live (or order a sample). If you want to change any aspect of the requestable product, email us at support@fourthwall.com
