Clarification on CSV exports and available alternatives
Currently, Fourthwall does not offer a built-in option to export your product catalog (such as product name, description, size and color variants, and pricing) directly as a CSV file from your dashboard.
Why this is not available yet
The current CSV export feature is designed only for order data, which helps with fulfillment and shipping workflows. You can access this by going to your dashboard and navigating to Orders, and clicking the export/download option.
This export contains order details (like customer info, SKUs, quantities, etc.), not product listings.
Workarounds
If you need your product information for external platforms (like Pinterest or Facebook catalogs), here are a few ways to get it:
1. Manual export: From your Products > All Products page, copy your product names, prices, and URLs into a spreadsheet.
2. Request support assistance - In some cases, Support can generate a spreadsheet of your product details upon request. This file may include:
- Product name
- Descriptions
- Variants (sizes, colors, etc.)
- Pricing
- Archived or hidden products (clearly marked)
To request this, contact Support with:
- The shop URL
- A description of the data you need
- The purpose (e.g., migration, backup, POS integration, etc.)
3. Use orders export if relevant - If you only need product details tied to orders, you can export CSV files from Orders > Export orders (download button).
Future availability
We understand how useful product list exports would be for creators, and this has been noted as a feature request for our product team.
