What is Fourthwall Pro?
Fourthwall remains free with all the core tools you’re familiar with, but for those wanting more, Fourthwall Pro is an optional paid plan with expanded features for users who need more flexibility. Pro adds higher product limits, priority support, 0% digital product fees, and eventually larger storage.
Fourthwall Pro is built for teams that want to scale without limits by offering a powerhouse of tools and perks to expand your catalog, collaborate with unlimited team members, and maximize digital product revenue. This is best for users looking to launch unique bespoke products, manage large teams, or dive into digital sales.

But here are some key features:
- 500 Max. Product Listings: Up to 500 active and hidden product listings, giving you the freedom to create an extensive catalog, from classic merch to unique items like plushies, candy, or other specialty products.
- Unlimited Team Members: Unlimited team members, perfect for creators collaborating with designers, assistants, or managers to run and expand their shop seamlessly.
- 0% Digital Product Fee: 0% platform fee (vs 3% fee) on digital products, giving creators full control over revenue from e-books, courses, or digital downloads.
- Free Sample Credits: $10 credit per month, enabling you to test products before selling to ensure quality and consistency.
- Free .store Domain: You will receive a .store domain (or other options like .site, .tech, .online, and more) at no additional cost, helping you build a professional, branded storefront.

What about Fourthwall Free?
Fourthwall will always have a free plan. That’s not going away. Pro was created for users and businesses that need more flexibility, but the free experience you already know and love will continue to be supported.
Fourthwall Free provides all the essential tools you need to offer a variety of products, manage your small team, and start selling right away.
Key Differences of Fourthwall Free:
- 50 Max. Product Listings: You’ll be able to offer 50 products, including both active or hidden. For the average user, this is more than enough for a successful shop.
- Digital Product Fee: 5% platform fee on digital products.
- 2 Team Members: A maximum of 2 team members. Ideal for solo creators or very small teams, this ensures you can collaborate without needing a paid plan.
If your shop was created prior to August 25, 2025, you will automatically be upgraded to Fourthwall Free (Legacy). This keeps your shop fully functional under your current settings.
Here are the only changes:
- 100 Max. Product Listings: Unlike new shops, which are limited to 50 products, existing shops are automatically given a 100 product maximum for active and hidden products. None of your products will be removed, but if you have over 100 products, you’ll need to archive some in order to add more.
- 5 Team Members: A maximum of 5 team members. Ideal for solo creators or small teams, this ensures you can collaborate efficiently without needing a paid plan.
All Legacy accounts (users signed up before August 25, 2025) will maintain a 3% platform fee on digital products.
How to upgrade to Fourthwall Pro?
Upgrading to Fourthwall Pro is easy. Let's go through the steps to upgrade.
1. Within your Fourthwall dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billings and payouts and scroll to the Your Plan section. Here, you will see your current plan. To upgrade to Pro, click "Upgrade to Pro."
2. This will pop up a window where you will see some of Fourthwall Pro's perks. Click "Upgrade to Pro" to proceed to the next step of selecting either a monthly or yearly subscription to Fourthwall Pro. Click "Continue" to proceed.
3. Next, you need to select an existing payment method (if added) or add a new one to pay for your Fourthwall Pro subscription. Click "Pay now" to complete the upgrade to Fourthwall Pro!
4. If you have successfully upgraded to Fourthwall Pro, you will see the confirmation page welcoming you to Fourthwall Pro and giving you the options of claiming your .store domain, ordering samples, or returning to your dashboard.
5. When you return to your dashboard, scroll to the Your Plan section in the Billings and payouts screen to see your current Fourthwall plan and renewal date.
How to cancel Fourthwall Pro?
You can cancel Fourthwall Pro at any time. However, you will keep Fourthwall Pro perks until the end of your billing cycle (either monthly or yearly).
1. Within your Fourthwall dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billings and payouts and scroll to the Your Plan section. Here, you will see your current plan and your next billing cycle date. To cancel Fourthwall Pro, click "Cancel subscription."
2. That will open a pop-up window to confirm that you want to cancel your Fourthwall Pro subscription. You will also see the end date of your Fourthwall Pro perks (the end of your billing cycle). Click "Cancel subscription" to complete the cancellation process.
3. Once you have completed the cancellation process, you will be returned to your dashboard. Scroll to the Your Plan section in the Billings and payouts screen to see your pending cancellation along with the end date of your Fourthwall Pro perks.
Reactivating your Fourthwall Pro Subscription
Changed your mind about cancelling Fourthwall Pro? No worries; you can cancel the cancellation (lol!)
1. To reactivate your Fourthwall Pro, go to the Your Plan section in the Billings and payouts screen of your Fourthwall dashboard.
2. There, click on "Reactivate subscription," and a pop-up screen will appear to confirm your reactivation. Click on "Renew subscription" to complete the process.
