This article will explain how to claim your free domain as part of your Fourthwall Pro subscription.
Take advantage of the perks of Fourthwall Pro by claiming a .store domain (or other options like .site, .tech, .online, and more) for free, helping you build a professional, branded storefront.
1. To start, go to Settings > Domain and find the Claim free domain section. If you haven't subscribed to Fourthwall Pro, no worries, you can click on Upgrade to Pro to subscribe.
2. Within the claim free domain section, type the domain name you are looking for in the box and click "Search" to see if your domain is available and the alternative options.
3. Once you have found the domain you want to use, click "Claim for free". This will pop up a window to confirm the domain you want to claim. Click "Claim domain" to proceed.
4. This will take you back to the Domain page of your dashboard. You will now see the claimed domain in the Custom domain section.
5. Click "Connect this domain" to complete the process and properly integrate the new domain into your Fourthwall shop. Once this is completed, you will see the status of the domain change to "Connecting". This process can take up to 24 hours to properly propagate.
And you are done! You now have claimed your free domain and connected it to your Fourthwall shop. Now you can direct people to your new domain!
