What is Fourthwall Pro?

Fourthwall remains free with all the core tools you’re familiar with, but for those wanting more, Fourthwall Pro is an optional paid plan with expanded features for users who need more flexibility. Pro adds higher product limits, priority support, 0% digital product fees, and eventually larger storage. 

Fourthwall Pro is built for teams that want to scale without limits by offering a powerhouse of tools and perks to expand your catalog, collaborate with unlimited team members, and maximize digital product revenue. This is best for users looking to launch unique bespoke products, manage large teams, or dive into digital sales.

Who should upgrade to Pro?

Anybody can upgrade to Pro, but it is especially valuable for:

  • Users who sell over $100/month in digital products (they’ll now have a 0% platform fee on these)
  • Users who regularly order product samples (they’ll now receive $10 in sample credit per month)
  • Users with large teams (Pro allows for unlimited team members)

Do I have to upgrade to Pro?

No, this is entirely optional. With Pro, you’ll gain access to perks (like monthly sample credit and a free .store domain). You can compare plans here

What happens if I’m not on Pro?

  • Signed up after August 25, 2025: If you’re on the Fourthwall Free plan, and you signed up after 8/25/25, your plan comes with a 50 product cap and a 2 team member maximum. This means you can have 50 products (active or hidden) in your dashboard at once, and you can add only one additional team member to your site.
  • Signed up before August 25, 2025: You can keep everything you’ve already published, even if you’re above the limit, but you won’t be able to add new products once you’ve reached your cap.

Will I lose anything I already have?

No. Your site and existing products will not be impacted. If you are over the limit (team members or products) for your plan, everything you already have will stay. You will not be able to add more beyond your plan’s limits unless you archive products or remove team members.

Why did Fourthwall launch Pro?

We created Pro to give users more advanced tools and perks, while allowing Fourthwall to remain free for everyone. Pro helps us support larger teams, prevent spam, and continue improving the platform.

How does the monthly sample credit work?

Once a month, $10 in sample credit will be added to your sample credit balance. 

If I have more than one shop, does my upgrade count for each one?

No. You will need to choose which shop you’d like to upgrade to Fourthwall Pro. This will not automatically upgrade all of your shops, even if they are under the same login.

Does the 0% digital products fee include the payment processing fee?

No. There will still be a transaction fee, but you will have a 0% platform fee (vs 5%) on digital products you sell.

Does the 0% platform fee on digital products with Pro also remove the 5% fee on Memberships?

No. The 0% platform fee only applies to digital product sales. Memberships will continue to have the standard 5% platform fee.

Does the 2-team member limit for Free include myself?

Yes. With Fourthwall Free, you can invite one other person to help with your site.

Does the product limit include both physical and digital products?

Yes. Both digital and physical products count towards your product listing maximums.

  • Fourthwall Free - 50 product maximum
  • Fourthwall Pro - 500 product maximum

What products are counted towards the product limit?

All active products, including live or hidden products, count towards your product listing maximum. Archived products do not count. 

How do I know what plan I currently have?

Within your Fourthwall dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billings and payouts and scroll to the Your Plan section. Here, you will see your current plan and next billing cycle.

How do I claim my free Pro domain?

You can find and claim your new domain in your dashboard 

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Billings and payouts and scroll to the Your Plan section. Here, you will see an option to cancel your Fourthwall Pro subscription. 

Does the Pro monthly sample credit roll over?

Yes! You do not need to rush to use the $10 monthly sample credit you receive when you upgrade to Pro. These credits will not expire, they will accumulate for as long as you have Pro.
