Change your shipping options
Updated April 23, 2026
Short answer
Shipping options for Fourthwall-fulfilled products are set automatically based on the product type and the supporter's location. You can't manually choose a carrier, but eligible products may offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout, including Standard, Expedited, and Super Rush.
Shipping speed options at checkout
Depending on the product and fulfillment partner, your supporters may see up to three shipping speeds during checkout:
- Standard. The default shipping method for all Fourthwall-fulfilled products.
- Expedited. A faster option available for select products. Delivery is quicker than Standard, with the exact timeline depending on the fulfillment partner and destination.
- Super Rush. The fastest available option for supported products, with a surcharge applied at checkout.
These options appear automatically when a product qualifies. You don't need to enable or configure them. Supporters pick their preferred speed, and the cost adjusts accordingly.
Not all products support every shipping speed. The speeds shown at checkout depend on the fulfillment partner and product type.
More details
Fourthwall determines the best shipping method and carrier based on the supporter's location and the product type. If an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on how and where each item is fulfilled. This is why some orders may show a Partially Shipped status.
While items in the same order can ship at different times automatically, shipping options and shipment timing can't be manually changed after an order is placed. Once production begins, orders can't be modified or intentionally split into early and later shipments on request.
For print-on-demand apparel, production starts after checkout, and timelines vary by product and fulfillment partner. Tracking information becomes available only after each shipment leaves the facility.
If you'd like full control over shipping methods or want to offer custom options like Priority Mail, this is only possible for self-fulfilled products. To do this, set the fulfillment type to I'm shipping orders myself and connect ShipStation to manage fulfillment.
