How to Enable or Disable Eli

Turn the Eli personal assistant on or off from your account settings

Eli is the AI personal assistant built into the Fourthwall dashboard. You control whether it appears in your workspace from Account > AI. Eli is available on Fourthwall Pro.

Enable or disable Eli​

  1. Go to Account > AI in your dashboard.
  2. Find the Enable Eli (personal assistant) toggle under the Enable Eli section.
  3. Switch it on to use Eli, or switch it off to hide it from your dashboard.

Your choice applies right away. Turn the toggle back on at any time to bring Eli back.

Upgrade to use Eli​

Eli is a Fourthwall Pro feature. If you're not on Pro, Account > AI shows a banner that reads Feature available only to Pro users with an upgrade button. Click the button to review Pro pricing and upgrade your plan. Once you're on Pro, the Enable Eli (personal assistant) toggle appears on the same page.

Your data stays yours​

Fourthwall doesn't train AI on your personal data, shop information, or creative assets. Your business intelligence remains yours alone.

Where do I turn Eli off?​

Go to Account > AI and switch off the Enable Eli (personal assistant) toggle.

Why don't I see the Eli toggle?​

The toggle is a Fourthwall Pro feature. If you're on the free plan, Account > AI shows an upgrade prompt instead. Upgrade to Pro to access the toggle.

Does Fourthwall train AI on my shop data?​

No. Fourthwall doesn't train AI on your personal data, shop information, or creative assets. Your business intelligence stays yours.

Can I turn Eli back on after disabling it?​

Yes. Return to Account > AI and switch the Enable Eli (personal assistant) toggle back on.
