X (Twitter) Shopping Manager

Sell your products directly through your X (Twitter) profile with the Shopping Manager integration

X Shopping Manager lets you connect your Fourthwall shop to your X profile so your products appear in a dedicated Shopping tab. Supporters can browse and buy without leaving X, giving you another channel to drive sales alongside your existing shop.

Prerequisites​

Before connecting, make sure your X account meets the requirements:

  • Your X account is in good standing with no recent policy violations
  • Your account is eligible for X Shopping Manager (check X's eligibility requirements in your X account settings)
  • You have at least one published product in your Fourthwall shop

Connect your shop to X Shopping Manager​

  1. Go to Apps in your Fourthwall dashboard.
  2. Find X (Twitter) Shops in the apps list and click Connect.
  3. Authorize the connection to your X account when prompted.
  4. Follow the setup steps to link your Fourthwall product catalog to X Shopping Manager.

Once connected, Fourthwall automatically syncs your published products to X Shopping Manager.

How product sync works​

After connecting, Fourthwall sends your published products to X. The sync includes product names, descriptions, prices, images, and availability. Products marked as hidden or out of stock in your Fourthwall dashboard are not synced.

Initial sync can take up to 24 hours. After that, changes you make to products in Fourthwall sync to X automatically, though updates may take a few hours to appear.

How products appear on X​

Once your products are synced and approved by X, they appear in the Shop tab on your X profile. Supporters browsing your profile can click Shop to see your full product catalog. Clicking a product takes them to your Fourthwall shop to complete the purchase.

X controls the approval process for products. If a product is rejected by X, check the rejection reason in X Shopping Manager and update the product details accordingly.

Frequently asked questions​

Which products sync to X Shopping?​

All published products in your Fourthwall shop sync to X Shopping Manager. Products that are hidden, archived, or out of stock are excluded from the sync.

How long does the initial sync take?​

The first sync after connecting can take up to 24 hours. Subsequent updates sync automatically but may take a few hours to appear on X.

Can supporters complete purchases on X?​

No. X Shopping links supporters to your Fourthwall product page to complete the purchase. X handles the discovery, Fourthwall handles the checkout.

What if my products are rejected by X?​

X reviews submitted products for policy compliance. If a product is rejected, check the reason in your X Shopping Manager account and update the product title, description, or images to meet X's requirements. Then resubmit from your Fourthwall dashboard.
