Integration options for Fourthwall with other platforms

Updated April 1, 2026

Options for linking, migrating, and setting up your store across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Hostinger, Printful, and others.

Many creators already use platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or others before joining Fourthwall. While we don't offer direct integrations with these platforms, there are still ways to connect or migrate what you've built.

There are three main ways to integrate Fourthwall with another platform:

  1. Use a separate subdomain for Fourthwall. Point a subdomain like shop.example.com to your Fourthwall shop so supporters can browse and buy from a branded URL alongside your main site.
  2. Use the Fourthwall Storefront API. Build a fully custom frontend (with Vercel, Lovable, or any framework) while Fourthwall handles products, orders, and fulfillment behind the scenes.
  3. Embed with an iframe or custom HTML. Add individual Fourthwall product pages directly into your existing site using an iframe block or HTML snippet (for example, in WordPress, Wix, or Hostinger).

The sections below cover what's possible with each platform and how to get started.

WordPress

Fourthwall doesn't have a WordPress plugin, but you can connect your shop by:

  • Adding a "Shop Now" button or menu link to your Fourthwall store.
  • Using direct checkout links from Fourthwall to create "Buy Now" buttons in WordPress.
  • Embedding product pages via custom HTML (for advanced users).
  • Example: Use an <iframe> embed block in WordPress to display a Fourthwall product page directly on your site.
note

You can't fully embed your entire Fourthwall shop in WordPress due to constraints. Full functionality (such as navigation, cart, and checkout) won't carry over into the embed. Supporters will eventually be redirected to your Fourthwall storefront to complete checkout. If you want a seamless shopping experience, linking out is the recommended option.

note

WordPress does not block the use of Fourthwall's Storefront API. The API is called from a custom frontend, not from WordPress itself. If you want to use WordPress as the frontend while pulling product data from the Storefront API (a headless WordPress setup), that is technically possible but is an advanced custom integration not officially supported by Fourthwall.

Wix and Hostinger

Both Wix and Hostinger support adding custom code snippets, so you can use the same methods as WordPress:

  • Link to your Fourthwall store with a button or menu.
  • Add checkout links as Buy Now buttons.
  • Embed product pages using custom HTML blocks (advanced).
note

Just like WordPress, embedding product pages works only at the page level. You cannot embed your entire Fourthwall shop, and the checkout process will still route back to Fourthwall.

Shopify

Fourthwall is its own full platform for e-commerce and fulfillment, so it doesn't integrate with Shopify. If you're currently on Shopify, you have two options:

  • Migrate fully to Fourthwall to take advantage of features such as Print-on-Demand, YouTube/TikTok integrations, and automated fulfillment.
  • Link out to Fourthwall for merch sales while continuing to use Shopify for other parts of your site.
note

Moving from Shopify to Fourthwall requires recreating your storefront, as we don't currently offer a Shopify import tool.

Printful

Printful is our manufacturing partner, but you can't connect an existing Printful store directly to Fourthwall. Instead:

  • Any product from the Printful catalog can be added to Fourthwall.
  • To migrate existing Printful designs, you can fill out this request form, and our team will load the items into your Fourthwall store, complete with mockups, size charts, and details.
  • You don't need to manage Printful separately once your products are live in Fourthwall, as orders are automatically produced through our Printful integration.

Printify

At this time, Fourthwall does not support a direct integration with Printify. If you want more fulfillment or product options, consider our built-in integrations (for example, Printful, ShipStation, Zapier) or reach out to our team to request a custom product listing.

tip

If you're comfortable with technical customization, you could use Printify's API separately to create products and manual export/import workflows, but this is advanced and not officially supported.

Headless commerce and custom storefronts

The integrations above focus on linking or embedding your Fourthwall shop within an existing site. If you want full control over your storefront's design and functionality, Fourthwall's Storefront API lets you build a custom shopping experience from scratch while Fourthwall handles products, orders, and fulfillment behind the scenes.

With headless commerce, your custom frontend connects directly to Fourthwall through the Storefront API. You fetch product data, manage carts, and redirect supporters to Fourthwall's hosted checkout to complete their purchase.

Two supported approaches to get started:

  • Vercel with the official Next.js template. Fourthwall provides a ready-to-deploy vercel-commerce template that connects to the Storefront API out of the box. Deploy it to Vercel in one click and customize from there. See How to Integrate Vercel with Fourthwall for the full setup guide.
  • Lovable (AI website builder). Lovable lets you describe the site you want in plain language, then generates a working React app you can connect to Fourthwall's Storefront API. See How to Integrate Lovable with Fourthwall for step-by-step instructions.
note

Both approaches use Fourthwall's hosted checkout. Supporters browse products on your custom site and are redirected to Fourthwall to complete payment, so you keep all the benefits of Fourthwall as your Merchant of Record (MoR).

Some useful information

  • If you want to keep your existing WordPress, Wix, Hostinger, or Shopify site, link out to your Fourthwall store for the merch side.
  • If you have existing Printful products, submit the request form early so they're ready when you launch.
  • For maximum simplicity, many creators migrate fully into Fourthwall so merch, fulfillment, and integrations all run from one place.
  • If you need more automation, explore Zapier integrations for workflows like adding customers to your WordPress membership plugin after purchase. Explore our Apps, Features, and Integrations category for more guides.
