Connect your TikTok account to show your latest videos directly on your Fourthwall shop homepage
Displaying your TikTok videos on your shop homepage gives customers a preview of your content and makes it easy for them to follow you on TikTok.
TikTok Feed vs. TikTok Shop -- what's the difference?
- TikTok Feed (this article): displays your TikTok videos on your Fourthwall shop homepage so visitors can see your content.
- TikTok Shop: lets you sell your products directly on TikTok. If that's your goal, see TikTok Shop Setup.
Connect your TikTok account
Go to Apps > TikTok in your dashboard.
Click Connect. A window will open asking you to log in to TikTok and grant Fourthwall permission to access your videos. Follow the prompts to authorize access.
Once connected, the TikTok app page will show your account as Connected. Your TikTok videos are now ready to display on your homepage.
Add the TikTok feed section to your homepage
Connecting your TikTok account doesn't automatically add the feed to your homepage. You need to add it through Site Designer.
Go to Site Designer > Layout and select Home page.
Scroll down to find the TikTok feed section and click on it to open the section settings. From there, you can customize the section title, number of videos displayed, and other layout options.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a business TikTok account to connect the TikTok feed?
No. Any TikTok account can be connected to display your feed on your shop homepage. A business account is only required for TikTok Shop, which is a separate feature.
What's the difference between TikTok Feed and TikTok Shop?
TikTok Feed displays your TikTok videos on your Fourthwall shop homepage. TikTok Shop lets you sell products directly on TikTok. They're two separate integrations and you can use one, both, or neither.
My TikTok feed isn't showing on my homepage. What should I do?
Make sure you've completed both steps: connecting your TikTok account under Apps > TikTok, and adding the TikTok feed section in Site Designer > Layout > Home page. Both steps are required for the feed to appear. If the feed still doesn't show, try disconnecting and reconnecting your TikTok account.
